Monthly grief support group open to both men and women that is run by a specially trained nurse and parent who has experienced the loss of a baby.

Ice packs/heating pad for comfort/pain management
Pads or adult diapers for blood loss
If your milk comes in – tight fitted sports bras or ace bandage with tape for compression to dry milk supply. Button up shirts that make adjusting easier.

If miscarrying at home – a plant, planter, or burial box. Extra toilet paper or a toilet seat hat to catch any loss/bleeding if you are monitoring for your baby.
